Sleep: 11.30-6.30 (7 hours)
Weight: 63.2
Lifestyle cardio: walk TJ to park
Training: rest
Water: 1.5/3
Food: ate to plan until leaving for the wedding (about 3.30). Made flax cookies (protein powder, flaxmeal, nut butter) to take in my handbag in case I got hungry and ended up eating most of them before the reception at 6pm. The food was FANTASTIC so I ate a bit of everything and really enjoyed it. A little bit full at the end of the night but not stuffed. Also had 1 glass rosé and three glasses champagne.

OMG how gorgeous is the bride and her dress! I am in love with her dress!! The photos are beautiful Charlotte, you must have had such a wonderful time!

Looks like a nice ceremony-and good for you partaking in the food stuff-if you can't indulge a tad at a friends wedding-there is something wrong! (my opinion anyway-lol!)
Thanks Jadey, Kirsten looked stunning, and we had a great day - nice weather, beautiful setting, lovely people, awesome food.
Thanks Raechelle, I read something the other day that sums it up well: 'Don’t be shy about saying “no” to stuff that won’t help you meet your goals, but also realize that there’s a time and place for flexibility.' (Krista Scott-Dixon)
Ahhh-Good one!
