Sleep: 11-9.30 (got up at 7am and ate then went back to bed and slept for a couple more hours, so I'll call it 10 hours)

Weight: 62.3

Lifestyle cardio: walk to local cafe and back; walk to supermarket and back

Training: off - boy do I need it. Feeling tired today.

Water: 2/3

Food: 5/6
cafe breakfast: skinny hot chocolate; corn fritters with tomato, rocket and chive cream, side of bacon; skinny latte
