Was really productive with work today. I think substituting the fibre drinks for real food is working in my favour.

12.30: gluten-free wrap with refried beans, red and green capsicum, onions, mushrooms and spinach, salsa and avocado
3.00: mandarins, cashews
5.00: leftover garlic mashed cauliflower with Flora pro-active
6.00: BBQ: 2 salmon kebabs, 1 lamb rib, salad
6.30: ultimate chocolate mousse (made with stevia instead of maple syrup)

Those oats look like a funky stew! I hope they tasted delicious! Ultimate Mousse sounds intriguing. Avocados for dessert – what an interesting concept! I know the texture would be perfect, though.
Hi Kathleen, cherries, chocolate and walnuts are one of my favourite combinations, so I did enjoy the oats. And avocado in dessert is surprisingly nice!
Those oats look delish! I've been doing natural muesli, dried apple, cinnamon, greek yoghurt and honey - that isn't too bad either!
