Lots of food today…
7.30am berry yummy oats with honey (I used soy milk instead of skim, and defrosted frozen berries instead of fresh):
This was berry yummy indeed! My favourite one so far.
I also had the whites of two boiled eggs:

I think my breakfast needed some more protein or fats though as I was hungry again pretty quickly.
10am homemade protein bar, coffee:
I hit the gym a bit before lunch and did day 1 of my program.
1pm small protein shake with banana:
A bit too frothy!
1.30pm wraps made with white corn tortillas, mashed sweet potato, baked beans and alfalfa sprouts:
You won’t be seeing this one again. Forgot how sweet baked beans were. The sweet potato needed a salty contrast. Oh well.
4.30pm choc protein powder, cocoa, diced plums, walnuts:
7.30pm spicy peanut stir-fry with Thai tofu:
and a large mandarin:
10pm apple slices and almond butter, carrot:
and sprouted grain toast with tahini and honey (x 2):
Dinner obviously wasn’t big enough!
