A short walk down the bike track again this morning, then home for breakfast. Today it was a white corn tortilla topped with refried beans, red pepper, red onion, mushrooms, rainbow chard, salsa and avocado:
This morning’s snack was one of my favourites - chocolate protein powder, cocoa, water, cherries and walnuts:
Lunch was a salad made up of chickpeas, romaine lettuce, red onion, tomato, cucumber, tofu and olive-oil dressing:
This afternoon’s snack was a mixture of chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, flaxmeal and a little water, with some carrots and celery on the side:
Dinner was salmon with Asian-style marinade on stir-fried veges:
I also had a snack of almond butter and apple slices:
