Lots of walking done today...about three hours' worth. Feet are tired!
Breakfast: spicy bean burgers, beetroot relish, orange; 4 fish oil caps, Supreme greens, vit B
Snack: soy latte, apple, pumpkin seeds
Lunch: omelette w garlic, red onion, eggplant, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, eggs and ham; 4 fish oil caps
Snack: hummus, carrots
Dinner: butter chicken, spinach; 4 fish oil caps
Snack: pudding made w 1 sc choc Sun Warrior, walnuts and blueberries
