Weight down 300g since last week. Most measurements about the same, except chest slightly smaller, LOL.
Food today:
- shake with 1 sc Sun Warrior, 1c almond milk, 1/2 banana, kale; 5 fish oil caps, vit B
- soy latte, apple
- split pea and ham soup; 5 fish oil caps
- hummus, carrots; 5 fish oil caps
- eggplant with meat sauce, mashed garlic cauliflower; 5 fish oil caps
- wild Atlantic salmon (canned), celery, apple, sunflower seeds; 5 fish oil caps
- cocoa w water & stevia
