I'm really sorry to hear this. I tore my right calf sprinting a few years back - it took about 8 weeks to come good with lots of physio and massage.Hope it gets sorted soon.

Oh no you poor thing! Get yourself some Heel Traumeel cream. Its fantastic for reducing inflammation for any soft tissue trauma. Its got arnica, calendula, echinacea, st john wort, hammelis, and a heap of other homeopathics. I used it after my 'op' and it worked like a charm =)
