Oh Hilarious Charlotte!! I do get nervous before legs, as much as I love training them, i know the hurt afterward and the weird walk for days following ;) Also get nervy before Back workouts too!!
Hell yeah - every Thursday - deadlift day.Matt tells me I get nervous because I care!

If I'm going for a heavy bench press...yes, definitely!
Yes I get nervous before legs too sometimes, but I get more nervous about chest day, only if I dont have rob there to spot me. I hate asking the other guys to spot me.
