Did something to my lower back while walking TJ this morning and spent most of the rest of the day in bed with a hot water bottle. Not happy.

Today's food
M1: protein shake, muesli, eggs
walk TJ
M2: chicken salad, nuts
M3: spicy peanut chicken, cabbage, zucchini
M4: kangaroo patty, salad, sweet potato
M5: tuna and sweet potato patty, bok choy, zucchini

I will lose 10kg by 31 December.
