- Vital Greens, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, almonds
- 'Caesar salad', 1Tbsp fish oil
- coffee with lactose-free milk
- fresh pineapple; hummus and celery
- green chicken curry with red peppers and cauliflower, 1Tbsp fish oil
- blueberries; chocolate Sun Warrior mixed with avocado and vanilla extract, almonds
