
This afternoon we went to a barbecue. Lots of yummy food to be had.

M1: banana flax oatmeal with walnuts, egg whites
M2: choc banana berry protein shake
M3: tuna salad pita
M4: choc peanut butter pudding
M5: half a small homemade greek burger, roasted vege salad with lamb, pasta salad, chicken skewer, lemon meringue pie, pavlova, rum balls
M6: cheese sandwich
I will lose 10kg by 31 December
