End of Week 1

My knuckling down saw my weight return back to what it was before I overindulged - 62kg.

Mon: 64
Tues: 63
Wed: 62.4
Thu: 62.8
Fri: 62.7
Sat: 62.6
Sun: 62
average: 62.8kg

I am particularly happy with how things went over the weekend, as we stayed over at a friend's house on Saturday and didn't get home until late on Sunday. We were planning to go out for dinner with them on Saturday night and I thought I'd get something like a chicken and avocado salad. Normally I stress a bit if plans get changed on me, but I coped fine with having a lamb roast at their house instead. I passed on the roast potatoes, and enjoyed the tender lamb (in place of chicken and avocado) and asparagus, broccoli and beans (in place of the salad).

This week my aim is to continue being consistent with my training, walking and eating.

Nice work Char. What your goal weight?

Charlotte Orr said...

Thanks Chelle, ultimately around 56kg, but my short-term goal is to get under 60kg - haven't been there for a while!

Awesome!.. Isn't sub 60 such a big mental barrier?! How tall are you? I'm aiming for 60kg atm, not sure if 59kg would be too 'skinny' for my more muscular frame!?

Hey, it sure is! I'm 5'6" (167cm) but have a small frame. How tall are you?

I'm 5'7 (172cm). I guess i'll just have to wait till i get to 60kg and see how i look and then decide where to go from there! I dont recall being in the 59s since 2003. Back then i was about 19% BF, now i'm 14.2% @ 63kg...All i know is that Jennifer nicole lee is 5'8 (175cm) and 59kg and THAT is how i want to look!

Sounds like wait and see is the way to go, especially if you are losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. Am enjoying following along. Cheers, Charlotte

Hey Charlotte, I'm joining you in your knuckling down phase. The over-indulging in treats has to stop before I'm Biggest Loser material.

Cheers

Magda
