Had a sleep-in this morning then gave the house a good clean before sitting down to enjoy my first meal.
2pm tomato soup with chilli, refried beans, goat cheese, kangaroo mince and avocado
4pm coffee with milk
6pm Teresa Cutter's vegetable curry (recipe can be found here) with tofu added
(two bowls)
8.30pm cottage cheese, stevia, cocoa, peanut butter
and pomegranate seeds
