Had the day off work on Friday. It was a beautiful day so I got lots of outside chores done. I also snapped a few pics of my food:
7.00 walk TJ for 25 minutes then sprint intervals (basic)
8.00 raisin and cinnamon bagel with lite cream cheese, mandarin juice, large skim milk coffee
The mandarin juice was made with mandarins off our tree:
Clean outside windows downstairs
10.30 banana, low-fat Greek yoghurt
Clean inside windows downstairs
1.00 gluten-free pasta with chicken and spicy peppers sauce, broccoli
Gardening
3.30 apple, non-fat Greek yoghurt, walnuts
plus a kangaroo sausage
5.30 sparkling wine
6.00 polenta-crumbed dory, sweet potato wedges with rosemary, salad
followed by some chocolate mousse
and a sesame snap before bed.

Hey char, i see that you aren't following that nutrition program where you only eat from the arvo to night (can't remember the name!) anymore. Just curious why!? ;-)
Hi Chelle, my hubby is still doing it and loving it. He does most of his training in the afternoons though. I've been doing most of my training in the mornings lately and usually want something to eat pretty quickly afterwards. Cheers, C

Wow, yummy! Especially your freshly squeezed mandarin juice. How lucky you are to have your own tree!
Thanks Kathleen. We've got a few trees in the back yard at our new place. Just waiting to see what they produce. Think the next one to fruit is going to be pears!
