Last week, to make things a bit quicker in the mornings, I switched from oats to
Protein First cereal. It's taken me a few days to realise, but I think I haven't been having enough (even though I've been eating the same caloric amount as my oats) - I've been ravenous throughout the day and eating a lot of extra food at night. I had a bigger bowl this morning and have managed to last longer before eating my other meals.

As yummo as that cereal looks, that is EXACTLY why I could never give up oats for brekkie! :S

Thanks Steph! Once I've finished the cereal I think I will be going back to oats - much more filling!
