Have you tried fasting before babe?
Hi Chelle, I tried it a couple of times last year but I wasn't in the right head space at the time and I 'rebounded' afterwards. For the last few days I've been fasting as per the article I linked to. I'm still ironing out a few things but it seems to be suiting me really well. Cheers, Charlotte
I totally understand about being in the right 'headspace'. I think that goes for ANY type of plan. Good to hear this one is suiting you well! I'm keen to hear how you go over the next few weeks =)
