Yummy Food Day

Pre-workout: nectarine

Post-workout: Vega protein shake

Breakfast: oats and oat bran cooked with skim milk and topped with peaches

Snack: skinny flat white

Lunch: ham, avocado and salad sandwich

Snack: Nestle Apple Crumble Custard yoghurt, canned pears, pecans


to come:

Dinner: Italian lamb casserole, broccoli, cauliflower

Snack: Jarrah Chocolatte

Hi Kathleen, it's like a latte (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat_white), and I had it made with skinny (skim) milk
