My goals for February were to get to bed by 9pm (for 5am get-up) and to drink a glass of water with every meal. I give myself 5/10 for my efforts. I was fine for the first and last weeks of the month, but terrible in the middle (which coincided with TOM, not training and eating crap). When it falls apart, it ALL seems to fall apart! I'm going to focus on just one goal this month (outside of my training and nutrition) and that is to be in bed by 9.30pm on Sun-Thurs (for 5.45 get-up the next day).
