I've had enough of being hungry. I feel like it's pointless avoiding starchy carbs at dinner only to eat cereal/toast before going to bed. So I'm going to eat more food (including starchy carbs at dinner) for a while. I'll be eating for health rather than weight loss. That will allow me to switch my focus to getting plenty of sleep (as mentioned in yesterday's post) and slowly increasing the volume of my training.

There's no proof that reducing starchy carbs at night affects weight loss. In fact I had salmon and potates for dinner tonight :) According to some that is forbidden! But not this little black duck!
