Relaxation and Recovery: 30min walk around lake with TJ and Rob then 30min yoga DVD to stretch out tight glutes from yesterday's front squats
 
Exercise: HIIT sprints (30s on, 90s off x 8)
 
Meal Compliance: 6/6
