Baby Steps

I'm still not ready to do a full-blown gym workout yet, but am happy to do some bodyweight exercises. I thought I'd try doing a different exercise each morning after walking the dog. This morning I did some press-ups. Tomorrow I'm going to try and do some chin-ups on the monkey bars in the park at the end of the walk.

I get it. Been there. injured now so wondering if I"ll feel that way when I can finally start back again or not!
