Thanks Michelle, My diet's high fat this week, so it's 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp decaf coffee powder, plus enough water to mix to a paste, then about 5g chopped walnuts mixed in. I'm sure you could do without the oil and add more walnuts if you wanted.
