Pear & Greens Smoothie

This morning’s breakfast

pear greens smoothie

Pear & Greens Smoothie (makes 2 serves)

In a high-powered blender, blend together

- 3 generous handfuls kale or spinach leaves

- 1/2 a small bunch flat-leaf parsley

- 2 ripe pears, cored

- 1  cup almond milk

Enjoy!
