With the job I'm doing at the moment, it's at least 10 hours from the time I leave the house until the time I get home again, and the last thing I feel like doing when I get home is cooking. Last week I tried putting something in the crockpot before leaving work, so when I got home I was able to dish myself up something straight away. It worked pretty well, so I'm doing the same again this week. Here's what's on this week's menu:
