I woke up feeling the hill lunges I did yesterday. The plantar fascia in my right foot have also been quite sore since Sunday so I decided to do some non-weight-bearing exercise today: a 45-minute swim. So now my glutes AND shoulders are tired. Think the rest of the day will be a quiet one out of the heat.

Your circuit seemed like a bit of a killer. Not surprised you pulled up a bit sore from it. So today's training just shifted the pain elsewhere LOL
Hi Magda, the circuit is hard but fun. My glutes and shoulders are OK now. I just wish my feet would hurry up and get better!
