Making progress



July 2005...............August 2006..............October 2007

It's a slow process for me to put on muscle, and I sometimes wonder if I've made any progress at all. So today I pulled out some of my pics to compare. It's nice seeing that I have changed a bit and hopefully I'll see even more changes over the next 12 months.

Wow there are some great changes going on there. I think that is the most enjoyable part of physique training, putting in the hard work and then slowly shifting the body fat to see the results!

Theres definately some noticeable changes there- particularly in your upper body! Congrats!! I reckon it doesnt matter how long it takes- as long as you are proud of how far you have come!

I think we may go to the same gym (B.St Coburg?) I might see you around!

Improvements I see are in your upper body which has given you a lovely shape.

hey Charlotte!!!!! its your ex trainer checking in on you!! I've been wondering where and what you're up to since leaving NZ and I see you're still on your muscle mission and going great guns. Fantastic to see you're still committed to training and the bodybuilding lifestyle...and making some great changes I might add. Would love to see you compete in NZ again, maybe on your next holiday?
